Track explanatory:
Enduro MTB downhill on a very hard single track with gap and roots opened for expert riders.
Be equiped for this track with helmet, gloves and protections.
Departure to the 6 place declutching chairlift of the "Crêt" to Praz-sur-arly.
At the arrival at the top, take the direction of the restaurant "Le Serasson" at your right hand. Take at this position at your left hand the single track named "les lanciers" below the restaurant.
You are now on a very technical track on undergrowth. Be carefull with woody log steps.
Come down to the tarred road in the direction of Praz-sur-arly chairlift.
